A Mission is a time to evaluate my Christian life: where have I become lukewarm or indifferent, where are things going well, and what do I need to improve? How can I grow in love of God and neighbour, and build up the body of Christ in Twickenham?"

An invitation - a chance to renew and refresh your faith

Led by Fr Peter Morris & Fr Royston Price, Redemptorist Missionaries

A Mission is a reminder of the love God has for each one of us and for our world. It is an invitation to rediscover the joy and peace that Jesus’ love can offer each one of us.

“Preach the Word; be ready in season and out of season” (2 Tim 4:2). The Mission starts this weekend, a great time of Grace for the parish, so let's throw ourselves into it with enthusiasm!"

Monday 20th – Friday 24th – every day there will be Mass at 10.00 am and a Mission Service from 7.00 – 8.00 pm. The Mission Service is a hymn, a sermon and a devotional action on the theme of the evening) followed by refreshments and a chance to chat and connect with others.

Sacrament of reconciliation is available after each Mass and evening service.

Newsletter: Parish Mission Week

Mission Week at St Margaret’s - a time to renew and refresh your faith
On Sunday 21st September Fr Peter Morris, one of the two Redemptorist missionaries, came to the Parish to encourage us to participate ourselves in the forthcoming Mission and invite any former parishioners and friends who might be interested. Watch his inspirational homily here.

There is great potential out there in our community and this potential invites our engagement to make it happen. Something is happening out there when it comes to faith. Suddenly there are over 30 students coming daily to Mass at St Mary’s, last year there were five. We might not replicate that growth but it would be wonderful to try.

Join us for our Parish Mission from Sunday 19th to Friday 24th October. It will be led by Fr Peter and Fr Royston, Redemptorist Missionaries.
